Shipping

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia via DHL, with free worldwide shipping on all purchases.

We process and dispatch orders within 3 business days if the item is in stock. For items temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email within 24–48 hours.

Please note that Luxbrilliant cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by postal or courier service issues beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary from country to country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed guidance.

Luxbrilliant cannot accept returns or provide refunds for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees. If a package is returned to us by the shipping company for this reason, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations & Changes

We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to Luxbrilliant right away. We will review the situation and arrange for a replacement, repair, or suitable resolution.

Exchanges & Refunds

You may return or exchange an unused product within 30 days of purchase, provided it remains in its original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A $25 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • Returns and exchanges are processed at the customer’s cost and risk.

Exceptions:

  • Due to hygiene standards, pierced earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items, discontinued designs, and charity purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable.

How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, please contact us through our official website. We will respond within 48 hours with step-by-step return instructions.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a refund. For incorrect or defective items, we will cover the standard return shipping costs. For non-defective returns, additional shipping expenses originally covered by Luxbrilliant will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend using a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope with tracking and shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. Luxbrilliant cannot be held responsible for returns damaged in transit.

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues

Luxbrilliant is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer errors. If your shipping details need to be updated, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order.

If a package is lost, we will do our best to assist in locating it or filing a claim with the courier. However, any additional costs involved remain the customer’s responsibility.

Chargebacks & Bank Disputes

We always aim to resolve issues directly with our customers. Initiating a chargeback or bank dispute before contacting us may delay resolution. Any fees incurred as a result of chargebacks will be the responsibility of the customer.
